No air conditioning, some street noise, late check-in time

Place was gorgeous and stunningly beautiful, greatly enjoyed the stay.

The location was marvellous, within a close distance from a Roman Catholic Gothic cathedral.

Exploring Nantes, with key attractions all in walking distance. My room was generous in size, clean, and enjoyed a well-equipped kitchenette. Street noise was noticeable at times, especially late into the night. A comfortable stay.

Convenient to city centre restaurants and transport - ideal for a short city break...also the availability of family suites and cooking facilities -although we only used kettle and fridge :-)

A bit of a problem with the maid service.....we had opted apparently on the online booking - not to have maid services??? I wasn't aware we had??? Anyway the receptionist advised us that this meant we only had the room services on the saturday which was ok with us....but when it was serviced on the saturday we were left with no toilet paper and a large towel was not replaced. The reception staff were helpful but even then we were given 2 small towels and not the large towel as requested....but at least they tried to help. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful

The well-stocked kitchenette made it easy to prepare our own meals, allowing us to enjoy a cozy breakfast before exploring Nantes each day.

The spacious family suite was perfect after a fantastic walking tour around town. Being so close to restaurants and attractions made everything easy and enjoyable.

The hotel was gloriously comfortable, from the quality of the beds and organic shower gels to its complete kitchen with utensils. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful (thanks Ivan), recommended the best places to eat dinner, and helped print my train e-ticket. I have asthma, and the completely smoke-free hotel with its beautiful and spacious rooms made my stay in Nante heavenly. The location right off the Tram made getting from the train station to the hotel easy. 5 stars in my book!

Very affordable through Booked.net. Mid-level hotel, spacious room, excellent location (outside the front door was the very center of town, and the castle, and the tram, and the airport transfer is a 5 minute walk). Free wifi! Thank you! 7 euro laundry on site!

No cleaning service with Booked.net (that's what you're saving money on apparently) which meant one set of towels. Breakfast was too expensive - but since you're in the center of town, it's no problem to step out the door and buy a crepe. If you like cooking in your room - there's unfortunately no where to eat said food - kitchen is small but perfect for cooking a light meal but there's 1.5 chairs and half a desk to eat at unless you eat in bed.

Spacious and clean rooms provided essential comfort.

I was frustrated with the misleading check-in process. I found the 16:00 check-in time to be late and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel.

The rooms are good and clean and well equiped, central location.

no where to unpack your clothes, living out of a suite case for ten days if not fun

The staff at the front desk, the central location, the spacious apartments was commendable.
